Exchanges and returns

You have 14 days to exchange or return items without giving reasons once your order has been delivered. The purchase cannot be cancelled and is final after this period.
The following conditions apply to exchanges and returns:

- First send an e-mail to webshop@broshuis.com with the information about your order. The customer service will
   send you the instructions.
- You may only exchange and return items that have been purchased at webshop.broshuis.com.
- The Item must be returned undamaged and well packaged..
- The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and risks of return shipment. Our advice is to send returns by registered post to make
   sure that they are adequately insured against any damage and/or loss in the post. Always keep the proof of shipping until the matter
   has been settled and you have received your refund.
- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact webshop.broshuis.com. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the new
   item.
- If Items are returned (sale cancellation of one or more items), the refund amount shall be transferred within 14 days of receipt of the
   return.
