Orders, returns and deliveries

I want to return or change my product

You can easily return your product or change your product within 14 days.
If you want to change your product, e-mail your request to webshop@broshuis.com

Can I pick up my order?

That's possible. When you are ordering just choose for the option to pick your order.
After you made the order you have to make an appointment to pick it up.

I never received my order

Quickly take contact with us. We will investigate where your order is.

My order was damaged when I received it

When we send your order it always will leave undamaged. (Except when it is mentioned by outlet products) Unfortunately it can happen that the order will damage when it is transported. When your order is damaged, take pictures of the damaged parts and take contact with us. We will solve the problem!

I did give the wrong delivery adress

Always check your delivery adress. When you find out that you gave the wrong adress, take as soon as possible contact with us.
When we didn't send your order yet, we can change the adress for you. When we already shipped your order, we will have to wait till your order returned.

When can I expect my order?

When you order before 15:00 on a workday we will ship your order the same day.
The delivery time depends on your country. It can be 1 till maximum 5 workdays.

How can I pay?

You can pay in 3 different ways - iDEAL (Only possible in the Netherlands) - PayPal - Creditcard For more information check: "Payments"

Can I also pay afterwards?

No, unfortunately it isn't possible.
If you still want to order products and pay afterwards you can take contact with our aftersales department.
The prices can be different than the prices on our webshop. 

The total price is higher than I tought

All the prices in our webshop are without tax. When you live in the Netherlands the tax will be added when you complete the order. If you live outside of the Netherlands you have to fill in your VAT-number and the country where you live, when you are checking out.

Good news or bad news. We would like to hear it from you. We are continuously active to improve our webshop but sometimes we miss things. That's why suggestions or tips are always more than welcome! E-Mail or whatsapp us.

The products that I am searching aren't in the webshop
